We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable

Refund Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For digital products and services, refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us (if applicable) using a trackable shipping service
  5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status
  6. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items that have been opened or used (unless defective)
  • Services that have already been rendered or completed
  • Subscription services after the billing period has started
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
